ClassLink is an easy way to organize and access all the learning tools and applications we use at school. One username, one password, one location - with ClassLink, your students, parents and staff have instant access to all learning technology from home and on any device.

  • Customizable

  • Students are able to see individual teacher pages or a complete dashboard

  • Parents have their own login and are able to see their students resources

Remind is a communication tool that allows you to call or text message with students and parents through your cell phone to their cell phones (web browsers are available, too) without sharing personal phone numbers.

You will also be able to send messages directly from your computer using the Remind

With the paid version of Remind, you will have access to rostered class groups that have been populated through a connection with the district’s student information system.

Important Note for Current Remind Users: For those already using the free version of Remind, this won’t alter already-created classes. You will have the option to “claim” these newly created, rostered classes. Students who use Remind currently will still have access to old messages. You will still be able to contact students, as well as add new student contact information.

Student Network Passwords:
Are you using Google Classroom? Want your students to log into Google Drive? You MUST make sure that your students know what their Network (Google) password is. Most students and teachers at elementary level don't know what the students' passwords are and may not know how to change their passwords. Watch this video to learn how easy it is to do this!

Hangouts Chat is a powerful way to communicate with people in your organization. Start a message with one or more coworkers, create a room for ongoing conversations with groups of people, and use bots to help automate your work.

Chat works in your computer browser and in mobile apps for Android and iOS. Chat keeps all your messages in sync no matter which devices you use, even if you switch between them.
